Logistic Care reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Our service prices are subject to change with notice to those we serve. Logistic Care reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Some of the content, products and services available through Logistic Care may include materials from third parties.

5- Personal Information:

Your submission of your personal information through the Logistic Care website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6- Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you may not use the Site or its Content:

(a) for any unlawful purpose.

(b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts;

(d) to violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

(e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, or national origin;

(f) to submit false or misleading information.

(g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet;

7- Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that your use of our services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. You expressly agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk.

8- Termination:

These Terms of Service are effective until terminated by us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services and all amounts due will be terminated within 60 days of the date thereof.

9- Entire Agreement

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us.

10- Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to review our website

Compensation Policy

1- All claims due to delay, damage, wrong delivery and losses resulting from delay must be submitted to Logistic Care by filing a complaint on the official email logcare@logcare.sa within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date of the shipment, otherwise the customer will lose his right to claim.

2- Logistic Care shall, at its sole discretion, open and inspect any shipment at any time without notifying the customer or the store, and government authorities may also open and inspect any shipment at any time without any liability on Logistic Care

3- In the event that any shipment is opened for inspection or any emergency, Logistic Care shall bear the repackaging only without the store or customer bearing any additional costs.

4- In the event of damage to a product in one of the shipments “within Riyadh”, compensation will be made by the first party, but if it is “outside Riyadh”, a compensation claim will be submitted to the shipping company and based on their approval or rejection, the customer will be notified, and the compensation amount will be transferred to the customer after receiving it from the shipping company.

5- The second party will be compensated for each shipping policy at the value of the price disclosed in the policy and a maximum of 375 riyals according to the following cases: (damage, fire, loss, theft) with the exception of shipments that require special care (breakable) and this was not clarified by the second party in the product file that it sent to the first party.

6- The second party will be compensated only if the compensation request is submitted within 24 hours of receiving the shipment by the second party’s customer, and this is done by the second party sending an email to the first party that includes the shipment details and attaching detailed photos of the shipment and the external packaging.

7- The second party will not be compensated if the cost price of the products is not disclosed in the “Products” file provided by the second party to the first party at the beginning of the contract.

8- The second party will not be compensated if the shipment contains goods prohibited by the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

9- In the event that an uninsured shipment is lost before it is delivered to the customer and is received by Logistic Care, the company has the right to a period of 14 working days from the date of filing the report to search for it and take the necessary action. After confirming its loss, the company will compensate the store for the value of the shipment according to what is recorded in the policy, with a maximum amount of 375 riyals, and the shipping costs will be deducted from the store.

10- In the event that the company notices that some customers are misusing the compensation policy, the company has the right to stop dealing with the store and not pay them any compensation and take the necessary legal measures against them.

12- The customer or the store is not entitled to request a postponement of the delivery of any shipment for more than 7 days for a reason related to the store or the customer. If it is postponed more than that, it will be returned to the store.

13- In the event of a problem in the customer’s data that hinders the delivery of the shipment, such as (lack of a clear address or an error in the number or the customer’s lack of response or change in the neighborhood address) due to the store or the customer, the shipment will be returned to the store.

14- In the event that the company is unable to return the returns to the store within a maximum period of 15 working days from the first contact with the store for reasons related to it, the company’s responsibility to preserve the returns ends permanently and the store is not entitled to demand a refund or return of the shipments Or claim its value, as the company has the right to dispose of it by destroying it, donating it, selling it, or disposing of it with its knowledge, and the company has the right to demand the store for storage, space, and shipping expenses.

15- The company is not responsible for delaying the delivery of shipments or damaging them if they are for reasons beyond its control or beyond its control or natural disasters or force majeure and the like.

16- The store does not have the right to claim that the order was delivered to a Logistics Care representative and was not updated by the representative and its status is still a new order and was not reported within 12 hours or there is a signature by the representative to receive the shipment.

17- Logistics Care has the right to return the shipment to the store and not ship it for any reason.

18- Compensation shall be within the maximum limit of the compensation ceiling or the shipment price Whichever is less, and the store has no right to claim otherwise.

19- It is prohibited to ship prohibited items, flammable materials, prohibited items, or chemicals, and the store or customer has no right to claim the shipment if it is discovered by the company.
